At our relaxation room we provide the services required by customers by one therapist. So there will be no other customers in the room during the time of your appointment. The therapist always has her mask on. The place is always sanitized before and after the session.
We would also request the customers that please refrain from visiting if you are feeling unwell. Your appointment can always be rescheduled without any charges. Also we would appreciate if you make advanced appointment with us as we require preparation in advance and since it's one on one service we have to accurately manage the appointments and satisfy our customers.

Shirodhara (traditional Indian ancient massage )( oil pouring )
Shirodhara is an amazing , unique body therapy from the ancient natural system Ayurveda . Shirodhara has a profound impact on the nervous system. That means, the treatment directly and immediately calms , relaxes and has a cleansing effect on the mind and nerves..
Warm oil pours in a continuous stream over the forehead sanskrit word ( ajna marma) an area where nerves are highly concentrated . The pressure of the oil onto the forehead creates a vibration. The oil saturates the forehead and scalp and effects the nervous system.
The gentle pressure and soothing warmth of the oil allows the body, mind and nervous system to experience a deep state of rest.
According to Ayurveda
Shirodhara promotes deep relaxation, relieves fatigue and renews the body and mind. Shirodhara is beneficial for balancing the doshas ( body type ) so that your constitution
(the physical of a person)remains strong.
What is shirodhara?
The word shirodhara originates from two sanskrit words
shiro means ( head )
dhara means ( flow ).
Shirodhara which is also known as (Oil pouring).
It is identified internationally as a technique from Ayurveda. It is the most popular style of pouring oil in Ayurveda. It is a procedure of pouring liquids over the forehead with the help of traditional equipment .This procedure is unique. It is done on a traditional hard wood bed where a continous flow of warm coconut oil is poured unto the forehead from a brass pot. This style of pouring is profoundly relaxing and nourishing. It is known to rest and calm the mind and also good for hair and scalp and for tired eyes.
